We are delighted to welcome the University of Dundee to the Scottish Arts and Humanities Alliance membership. The Alliance now brings together 11 Scottish universities, the Royal Society of Edinburgh and the Scottish Graduate School of Arts and Humanities.
With a history going back to 1881, when it started its activities as a university college, the university was granted the royal charter 1967 and the University of Dundee was formally established. Dundee now offers a range of arts and humanities subjects including Art & Design, History, Languages, or Philosophy.
