We are delighted to officially welcome Edinburgh Napier University to the membership of the Scottish Arts and Humanities Alliance.
Edinburgh Napier University takes its name from Scottish mathematician and philosopher John Napier and its history goes back to 1964 when its predecessor, the Napier Technical College, was set up. Napier offers a range of arts and humanities subjects including acting, English, creative writing and publishing or music.
The university will be represented on the SAHA Steering Group by Prof Kerstin Stutterheim, Head of Research at School of Arts and Creative Industries & Professor in Creative Practice.
Napier University joins the other 14 members of the Alliance working together to give a public and collective voice to the Arts and Humanities in the context of Higher Education.
